In the event of a Mechanical Breakdown of a covered part, you will be reimbursed for Substitute Transportation expenses (excluding fuel, collision damage waiver and optional insurance charges), for a vehicle rental on the basis of $35 per day up to $210 for each repair visit. You will be reimbursed up to an additional three (3) days for parts back order (for major components) and two (2) days for inspection delays. One day rental coverage is allowed for every 4 hours, or fraction thereof, of mechanical labor performed.

In the event of a Mechanical Breakdown of a covered part, you will be reimbursed up to $150 per day for up to three (3) days for meals and lodging when the breakdown occurs more than 100 miles from your residence. If your vehicle is in need of non-accident related Roadside Assistance, you must call the toll-free number listed above for service. If you have a mechanical breakdown that renders your vehicle inoperable or unsafe to operate outside of our normal business hours (8 am to 5:30 pm Central Time, Monday – Friday) and when a minor repair, not to exceed a cost of $500, can be performed that will return your vehicle to operation, you may, at your own discretion, authorize the necessary emergency repairs, subject to the conditions listed in your contract.
